"Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen"
Brene Brown

As a qualified therapist, I use an integrative approach that combines elements from different psychological theories and practices to tailor treatment to the individual needs of clients - based on the specific challenges and goals of each client.
I have worked supporting clients who have experienced amongst others, abuse, trauma, addiction, self-harm, anxiety, low self-esteem, bereavement, work and relationship difficulties.

What is Integrative Therapy?
Integrative therapy is a flexible and holistic approach that adapts to your unique needs. Rather than following a single method, it combines different therapeutic techniques to support your personal growth, healing, and well-being.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor our sessions by drawing from:

-
Person-Centred Therapy – A warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and valued.
-
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Practical tools to help manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
-
Mindfulness & Relaxation Techniques – Supporting emotional balance and reducing stress.
-
Psychodynamic Approaches – Exploring past experiences and patterns to bring self-awareness and healing.

This approach allows therapy to be shaped around you, ensuring a safe, supportive space where we work together at your pace. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and move toward positive change in a way that feels right for you.
